Catering, Food, and Beverage Selection
We can offer a team of culinary geniuses, including two cooks each specializing in Canadian and Lebanese cuisine, providing the quintessential dining experience for all sorts of special events. There are many food and beverage choices available, as well as an optional wine and bar service. We offer a comprehensive list of delectable dishes and dining packages, so it is recommended to refer to the Menu page for a description of menu items and packages available to you. The manager will assist you in navigating through those choices, and our skillful team will help to craft the perfect meal for each of your guests. External catering services are also welcome at a client's request.
For bar service, there's a range of effective options available. You can either opt for a cash bar, a host bar by consumption through an inventory count, or a host bar with a set fee per guest for up to four hours of unlimited consumption.

Our 11,500-plus square feet of available event space has recently been renovated, and once you dance beneath our glimmering chandeliers or hear a performance held on our full-sized theatre stage, you'll see why we stack up so well against the competition. With our streamlined and open layout (which can be partitioned if need be), over 400 parking spaces, soaring ceilings and a decadent atmosphere, the St. Elias Centre is perfect for any special event or function. We can easily accommodate between 50 and 1000 guests.
